Spooky isn't it?? :-) Okay...more like cute! This was one of last month's Stamp Club projects. This card was made with the Haunting Wheel - I just love it! We wheeled the image on glossy cardstock which lends itself well to creating the skyline with sponge daubers...easy schmeasy!
